Orchestrated by our chef and advised by dieticians from Vichy (France), the menu features creativity, gastronomy and lightness for a balanced and flavoursome cuisine. Regional, traditional Moroccan recipes are re-invented and combined with international and especially French meals. If you are looking for a healthy gourmet restaurant, you came to the right place!

Our healthy gourmet restaurant sets the focus on seasonal, locally grown products and favours low-temperature cooking. This way, the natural flavours and colours of the products are protected. Our cooks also emphasise low-salt meals and Vichy-Célestins mineral water is used to prepare our "Signature" dishes. Naturally rich in bicarbonate, Vichy-Célestins mineral water provides a salty taste to the dishes, without the unhealthy effects of regular table salt.

The interior decoration of the restaurant is refined, including beautiful bubble-like luminaires and wood walls. The large room can be divided into smaller, more convivial spaces by using movable partitions. Your lunch or dinner featuring healthy gastronomy can also be served on our large terrace, right next to the swimming pool.
